Collection: 70,000 items (as of October 2008)

Construction began on the Syracuse Northwest Branch in the fall of 2002. The branch was opened in August of 2003. The new branch opened with a collection of approximately 30,000 items. The collection will focus on high demand items like children's books, best-sellers, books-on-tape, videos, and so forth.
