When will meeting spaces be available again?

Currently, the Library is not taking new meeting room applications, but we will post information to this page when we begin doing so.

Use of Library meeting rooms and buildings follows the directives of the Davis County Commission and the Davis County Health Department along with all recommendations of state and federal governments.

Do I need to wear a face covering when I visit the library?

In an effort to keep patrons and staff safe and consistent with the State's order mandating face coverings in state facilities Davis County requires all persons entering County facilities, including libraries, to wear a face covering. If you do not have a face covering, one will be provided for you.

How does curbside pickup work?

Once your hold becomes available,

  1. Visit the branch your hold is at and pull into the designated stall.
  2. Call the number on the sign, and have your library card ready.
  3. Give the staff your information, and open your trunk.
  4. Staff will bring your materials and place them in your trunk.

Curbside pickup hours:
10:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Saturday

What does the Library offer that I can do from home?

The Library offers many options including downloadable books, audiobooks, and videos; as well as online databases and temporary library cards.

To request a temporary online-only card, send the library a message.

Since our closure, we’ve created a Stuck at Home page to help you know what is available. We’re always on the lookout for more options, so check back often.

What about storytimes and Library programs?

All physical events, programs, and outreach activities have been canceled until further notice. The Library has also canceled all meeting room reservations. If you had a library meeting room scheduled and have not been contacted, please reach out to us through the Library’s contact us page.
