Utah E-BIKE law takes effect May 6, 2026. All e-bike and e-scooter riders under 21 must wear cpsc helmets on roads. All devices that travel over 20 mph without pedaling are considered e-motorcycles.

Davis County has received multiple inquiries regarding a recently circulated General Plan for the city of Fruit Heights. The commissioners are piloting a new meeting time—moving the second Tuesday meeting from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for three months—to see if it better accommodates citizens' needs. They will review attendance and gather feedback to assess if the later time improves participation.
