Any business planning to sell tobacco products, e-cigarette products, nicotine products, or tobacco paraphernalia in Davis County must be permitted by the Davis County Health (Utah Code 26B-7-507).

A current copy of the business' Utah State Tax Commission Tobacco Products License is required with the permit application. For more information, visit tax.utah.gov/tobacco/licensing
