Hi! My name is Haley, and I am the program manager for our Home Visitation team. I have been working at the Davis County Health Department for 5 years. I am a mom of two and enjoy spending my days playing board games with my family, reading a good book, or enjoying the outdoors while sipping on a cold Dr. Pepper!

When I was 17 years old, I became pregnant with my oldest child. A few months after I gave birth, I had a home visit from a nurse here at the Davis County Health Department. She helped me make sure my child was developing correctly and made sure I was set up with the support and resources for me and my child. At that time, it was pivotal to my mental and emotional health to know that I had someone outside my “circle” who supported me and my child. My goal now as a program manager is to bring that same feeling to the families we serve!

Hi! I'm Jan, and I've had the privilege of working as a nurse with Davis County for over 9 years. I'm a proud mom and grandma. When I'm not working, you'll find me tending to my garden or enjoying quality time with my family.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is connecting with families and helping them access the resources and support they need to grow, thrive, and feel empowered. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey!
