Life can be hard. Getting help is easy! 

Connection Visits assist Davis County families starting at child birth and through age 8 to gain access to needed medical, social, educational, and other resources. Services are available to all families regardless of income or insurance coverage.

The overall goal of this program is not only to help families access needed services, but to ensure that care is coordinated with community partners. 

Connection Visits provide parents and caregivers with free and confidential education and one-on-one support. Our team (Clarece, Carlie, Haley, Jan, and Citlali (Lali)) want you to have all the resources that you need to give your child a happy and healthy start in life!

Baby Your Baby

Baby Your Baby is a type of temporary medical coverage for pregnant women who are determined presumptively eligible. This program covers outpatient pregnancy related services while the Medicaid application is being processed.

Baby Your Baby offers education for a healthy pregnancy and encourages expectant mothers to see their health care provider before the 13th week of pregnancy.

What does Baby Your Baby cover?

  • Prenatal visits and lab tests with your provider
  • Ultrasound tests
  • Prenatal vitamins
  • Emergency room visits related to your pregnancy
