State & Local Fiscal Recovery Funds(SLFRF)

In response to the economic impact of COVID-19, on May 11, 2021, the American Rescue Plan Act as signed into law and established the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund. These emergency funds are intended to provide support to communities who have experienced unprecedented strains from the pandemic.

The Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) program authorized by the American Rescue Plan Act, delivered $350 billion to state, territorial, local, and tribal governments across the country to support their response to and recovery from the COVID-19 public health emergency. Davis County was provided $69,048,017 in funding to mitigate the effects of the pandemic.

Davis County must comply with the U.S. Department of Treasury federal compliance and reporting guidance, including the Interim Final Rule (31 CFR Part 35), SLFRF Compliance and Reporting Guidance, Uniform Administrative Guidance (2 CFR Part 200), and the Final Rule once published. These guidelines establish various reporting requirements, including quarterly Project and Expenditure Reports and an annual Recovery Plan Performance Report. Required reports and approved projects will be posted to this site as soon as they are available.
