We have made a new version of the Davis County REDI Web program!

This new application follows our new security platform. Part of this new platform includes a change in your sign in credentials. You'll no longer use a user code to sign in. An e-mail address will be used instead. The e-mail address that was originally submitted as part of your contract is what we have currently set as your new account.

For those who don't remember which e-mail was submitted or for those who know that submitted e-mail is no longer valid may contact us to get the e-mail address updated.

Please use the Google Chrome web browser for best results.  Since Internet Explorer and Edge are not supported.

What is my password?

When you sign in for the first time, you need to reset your password. Click the Forgot Password link (shown below)

*Your email will be your user-code that you will sign in with.*

An email will be sent with instructions on how to reset your password. Then you should be ready to use REDI Web.

What if I want the e-mail for this account to be changed?

Please call Davis County Information Systems 801-451-3347 and we will get that process started.

If for any reason one of the authorized users listed on the contract leaves your organization be sure to reset your password. Also if you need to add or remove any authorized user that is or is not on the contract please contact us and we'll be happy to send you a User Change form. If the person who signed the contract leaves your organization or if your company changes names, please contact us so that we can update any changes.
