The Davis County Health Department's home & community-based programs offer support to eligible seniors to keep them safe and independent at home including the Alternatives Program, Medicaid Aging Waiver Program, New Choices Waiver Program and Veterans Directed Home and Community Based Services.

If you or a family member is struggling to remain safely living at home, we can provide help to those who qualify. Some examples are help with housekeeping or chores, personal care, bill paying, grocery shopping, medical equipment, emergency alert systems, or running errands. There's no place like home.
