Library Chat Services

• Personal Data Requested: Name, Library Card/Barcode Number, Address, Phone Number, or Date of Birth (Personal data only requested as needed and purged one month after patron request is fulfilled.)
• Reason, Purpose & Use of Personal Data: This data will only be requested as needed to answer questions, assist you with your account, or otherwise help you in the ways you request through our chat services.
• If You Do Not Provide Personal Data: We may not be able to help you with your account or related library services.
• Entities That May Access Personal Data: Library Staff & Administration
• Record Series: Library Account Data
