As prescribed by law, we hereby offer the Title Recording Notice opportunity to all Davis County real property owners, available not later than January 1, 2025. The purpose of this optional program is to alert property owners who have proactively asked to be notified, whenever the County Recorder's office records a deed or mortgage against their real property in Davis County.

This no-cost alert notification is an "opt in" service from the Davis County Recorder's office. It will be available to any owner of real property located in Davis County, Utah, who chooses to receive such a notification.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no provision in the law that permits the removal of recorded documents from the official records once duly recorded.
