Description New 2024

"Digiscoping" is a method of telephoto photography, often used by placing the lens of a digital camera (such as a cell phone) to the eyepiece of a spotting scope or binoculars to take photos. Join professional bird guides José Castaño and Diego Calderón-Franco on this in-the-field workshop to practice digiscoping techniques. PhoneSkope products will be demonstrated on this trip to show you just how easy it is to enhance your outdoor photography experience. Participants will experience Willard Bay State Park, a well known hotspot for migratory songbirds, to practice digiscoping as a way to capture photos and videos of birds.

JOIN KEYNOTE SPEAKER, DIEGO CALDERÓN-FRANCO AND professional birder, José Castaño on this exciting trip.
