Notice is hereby given that, on or after July 1, 2025, Davis County may sell all or part of the following parcel of property known as: West Point Drain, located at Cold Springs Road (“the Property”), by negotiated sale. The public may comment by written statement on the proposed disposition of the Property on or before 10:00 a.m. prior to the regularly scheduled Davis County Commission meeting that will be held on July 1,2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m.
