New! Yellow Fever
Davis County Health Department is now a certified site for the administration
of the YF-VAX and STAMARIL yellow fever vaccines.
Sanofi Pasteur is the only licensed manufacturer of YF-VAX yellow fever
vaccine in the United States. The company announced an interruption in the
production of YF-VAX yellow fever vaccine beginning in June of this year and
extending to mid - 2018.
To fill this gap Sanofi Pasteur received approval from the FDA to make
STAMARIL yellow fever vaccine available in the United States through the
Expanded Access Investigational New Drug Program (EAP).
We will be offering YF-VAX yellow fever vaccine until our stock is depleted.
Once our stock is depleted, we will begin offering the STAMARIL yellow fever
vaccine. If you are interested in receiving a yellow fever vaccination, please

order to receive the vaccination.

profile to the YF-VAX vaccine. STAMARIL is manufactured by Sanofi Pasteur in
France with a large base of experience. STAMARIL has been distributed
