What to Expect During Your Visit
During your visit, you will receive important information on possible health
risks, personal protection measures, food and water safety tips, high altitude
sickness, motion sickness, traveling while pregnant, and jet lag. We will also
provide information to prevent diseases common in countries around the world
and include specific concerns for the area you are visiting.
Recommended Vaccinations for Travelers
While Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Tetanus/Diphtheria, and Typhoid vaccines are
recommended for most travelers headed abroad, Yellow Fever vaccine is required
when visiting risk-specific countries. Prescriptions for treatment or
prevention of ailments, such as Travelers' Diarrhea, Malaria, and altitude
sickness, are available.
