Birds & Botany

There are few factors that influence birds' survival more than the plants in their habitat, so on this trip we will be learning more about the relationships between plants, birds, and water.

Description

There are few factors that influence birds survival more than the plants in their habitat, so on this trip we will be learning more about the relationships between plants, birds, and water. Led by both a botanist and birder, we can explore a variety of native habitats in Dimple Dell.  If you've ever been out birding and wondered, 'What is that plant and what makes it special?' then this is the trip for you! Please bring water, a sun hat, and sunscreen. This trail often includes creek crossings, so we recommend shoes that can get wet.
