Photography at Adam’s Reservoir

We’ll cover photographing birds with a tripod as well as hand-held shooting, equipment tips, camera settings and shooting techniques.

Description

We will meet at Adams Reservoir in Layton where we’ll walk to a good spot on the shore, stay put, and let the birds come to us. With luck we will capture Osprey grabbing fish from the water! We’ll cover techniques for photographing birds with a tripod, as well as hand-held shooting, equipment tips, camera settings, and shooting techniques for getting the best pictures possible in nearly any condition. Bring your camera, lens, tripod, etc. Nice to have: folding chair, water, sunscreen, bug repellant, and hat.
